We love engineers and think they are usually highly intelligent. BUT, please don't
let them write your manuals and instruction sheets if they worked on the project!
Or at least let us edit it before publication!

instructions looked easy enough. Then two hours later the wheels were wobbly

You need money! Well, everyone does. But sometimes organizations really want
to give money away (how wonderful to have deep pockets). But you have to tell
them why they should give it to your organization. It's hard to do when you're so

Research and interviews.

How can we get into the China market? Who will be our competition? What
export / import barriers will we have? We'll find out.
